The Web-Based Interview (WBI) is a timed self-assessment that may ask about work preferences and personal habits. Formatting for these questions include multiple-choice and/or a 1-to-5 rating scale.
When completing this step, keep in mind that there is no right or wrong answer! We want to see how you would truthfully respond so take your time and go through each question thoughtfully. Dedicate enough time to take this assessment as it may take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes to complete.
Following the completion of your WBI, you will receive communication on the outcome of your assessment. Those who are invited to a phone interview can expect to receive further communication on scheduling a time for the interview.
Please note that the results from the Web-Based Interview (WBI) are valid for 6 months after completion.
