Step 1: On the main login screen for DOC, click "Forgot Password?"
Step 2: Enter the email associated with your DOC account, and then click the "Submit" button
You will then receive the following message:
Step 3: Go to your email inbox, look for the below email from Disney Onboarding Central Accounts, and click on "Reset Password"
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and confirm a new password, and then click the "Submit" button
You will know that your password reset was successful if you are redirected to the main homepage of your DOC account.
