The reason you may be receiving the message “Invalid Credentials” is because your computer is remembering old or different passwords/usernames from other sites even if a correct one is typed. Another reason could be that you are on the incorrect site – make sure the DORMS logo looks exactly like the one above.
First, verify that you are visiting the participant registration site: https://dorms.disney.com/login
Please go through the “Forgot password?” link and keep in mind that the browser settings must be changed using one of the options below prior to a new password being entered.
We highly recommend using “Option A” as participants have increased success with this approach. The purpose of this is to change the browser settings so that the browser will accept the password you are typing instead of old passwords or passwords to other sites.
• Option A: Open an incognito or private browsing window. Incognito or private browsing windows do not store any data from internet activity. Type in dorms.disney.com, add a space and hit enter.
• Option B: Use a different internet browser, (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari) or a different computer altogether after requesting your temporary password.
• Option C: Clear the cache. The cache is what stores your password information. Make sure after you clear your cache you close and reopen all of your browser windows before attempting the new password.
• Option D: Clear your history. Sometimes people like to start off on a new slate. Your history is a record of all your browsing activity.
