Your account might be locked, disabled or deactivated for a few reasons. First and foremost, make sure you are entering the correct login information.
If you have made too many failed attempts, your account will lock. Try again in 30 minutes.
You should be logging into DORMS every 14 days, or your account will be disabled. To remedy this, change your password.
Remember that DORMS uses the email address that you've originally provided as your username.
