Fees due upon accepting a Disney College Program invitation
A total of $390* (the Program Participation Fee and Housing Fee) will be due at the time a participant accepts their invitation to participate in the program, regardless of whether they plan to live in Disney-sponsored housing or not. Please note that this fee must be paid by credit card/debit card as a single payment. Once the payment is received and the online acceptance process is completed - including selecting arrival/departure dates, we will officially reserve the participant's place on the program.
- Program Fee ($240)*
The one-time non-refundable fee helps support the administration, events and activities scheduled for all participants throughout the program. - Housing Fee ($150)*
This required non-refundable fee will be applied to the participant’s housing costs during their first week of the program. For participants who are choosing to provide their own housing, please click here for more information regarding this fee.
There will be an additional parking fee for participants who choose to live in company-sponsored housing and desire to bring a vehicle.
Professional Internships
Fees due upon accepting a Disney Professional Internship
There are currently no program fees to participate in a Disney Professional Internship. However, Professional Interns can pay for an optional Professional Intern Event and Activities ID. More details about purchasing an Events ID if you choose to live off-site can be found here.
Disneyland Resort (in California):
HOUSING
Fees due upon accepting Disney College Program invitation
A total of $940* will be due at the time a participant accepts their invitation to participate on the program. Please note that this fee must be paid by credit card/debit card as a single payment. Once the payment is received and the online acceptance process is completed, we will officially reserve the participant’s place on the program. This total includes:
- Program Participation Fee ($150)*
The one-time non-refundable fee helps support the events and activities scheduled for all participants throughout the program. - Security Deposit ($150)*
This deposit is fully refundable upon successful completion of the housing component of the Disney College Program and a successful apartment inspection upon check out. - Housing and Administration Fee ($640)*
This required non-refundable fee will be applied to the participant’s housing costs during the first three weeks and final week of their program.
