We ask that you do your best to arrive during your scheduled arrival time, as you have been assigned this time to prevent lengthy delays. However, if you find you are unable to make it to your check-in location by the end of the arrival timeframe, you can check in as a 'late check-in'.
Upon your arrival, please proceed to the property address listed in your arrival itinerary on your check-in date. When you arrive at the security kiosk, explain that you are checking in as a late arrival. Security can direct you where to go from there.
If you arrive after 5 p.m. EST, we ask that you please find other accommodations at your own cost for that evening and then check in at 9 a.m. the following day at the Disney Service Center, located at the front desk of each property. You should also check your email for a revised itinerary as your appointments may be adjusted. If you do not receive a revised itinerary, please let recruiting know when you go for your onboarding appointment at Casting.
As a reminder, all itinerary appointments are mandatory. If by arriving late to your housing check in you will potentially miss an additional itinerary appointment, please let us know by clicking here. If you do arrive late, you will still need to check in at your designated housing location before going to any of your other appointments.
