If you would like to move units during your program, we offer a voluntary move process. Through this process, you may request a new unit to move into by providing specific or broad requests. If we can find a unit that meets your request and placement requirements, we will let you know so we can set up your move. Once your move has been set up, you will be charged a move fee.
Keep in mind if you are having difficulties with roommates we offer resources to assist both in your Program Guide, which you will receive on arrival day, and at your complex's Disney Service Center/Programs Office. Additionally, if at any point you feel threatened or concerned for your safety, or that of someone else, please visit security immediately.
To be eligible for a voluntary move, you must meet the below requirements:
1. Have been on your current program for more than 30 days.
2. Not yet completed a voluntary move on your program.
Disneyland Resort (California-site): Please visit your Programs Office to request a move.
Walt Disney World Resort (Florida-site): Click here to request a voluntary move.
Please DO NOT submit this form if you are still deciding if you would like a voluntary move. Once this move has been processed, you will be charged a non-refundable move fee.
Voluntary moves are only approved into occupied units with the same end date. Requests to move into a vacant unit will NOT be granted.
