We know the weeks leading up to your program are filled with anticipation and you're eager to make things 'official' by completing your pre-arrival onboarding tasks. We strive to have your tasks ready for you to complete roughly four weeks prior to your program start date; however, that timeline can sometimes shift a bit due to a variety of circumstances.
We process new hires in large batches, so you may not have been in the same batch of people that already received their pre-arrival onboarding tasks. Do not worry, you haven't been forgotten!
While there isn't much you can do on your side to speed up the process any faster, you can help us ensure there aren't any additional roadblocks that could cause further delays. Make sure you've filled out any requests for additional information we've sent your way. We need certain information from you before your hire can be processed in our systems. One incredibly important step some people miss is the form that asks for your Social Security Number** and date of birth for our HR records. This particular request comes soon after you officially accept your program and choose your arrival date.
If there are less than two weeks until your arrival, and you have checked your junk/spam/promotional folders and you still don't have your new hire paperwork, please let us know; we're happy to help!
