If you are logging into your dashboard or candidate offer portal and do not see your application or offer letter, you may be trying to use the wrong log in credentials. Typically, this means you are not using the username that you originally used when you filled out your application.
A common mistake we see is a candidate using their email address as their username when, in fact, they created a username using something other than their email address. You may also encounter this issue if you applied using a username you created during your application and then subsequently try to log in using your LinkedIn account.
For privacy and account security, the system will not display application data unless you use the log in credentials directly associated with your application. The system will allow you to have multiple accounts (and thus, multiple usernames), however it is up to you to keep track of what username you create at the time of application so that you can log in later. Our team is unable to tell you what username is associated with a particular job application, so please take the time to remember your account credentials.
