Discussing Your Interests During the Interview
During the application process, you’ll be asked to identify the roles that interest you most. If you move forward to the interview stage, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss these roles with a Disney recruiter. Be prepared to share which roles you’re most excited about and why you believe you’d be a great fit. Have questions about specific role responsibilities? This is a great time to ask them.
Preferencing Is Not a Guarantee
While you can share which roles interest you most, placement in a specific role is not guaranteed. Role placement is based on a variety of factors, including business needs. However, recruiters will do their best to match you with a role that fits you well.
Receiving an Offer for the Disney College Program
If accepted, you’ll receive an offer to participate in the Disney College Program. Your specific role will be shared later, after you’ve accepted and as your arrival date approaches.
