Walt Disney World Resort (in Florida):
If you are looking for the Wi-Fi passwords, please log in to DORMS and the password information will be at the bottom of the page under the survey section. You may also visit the Disney Service Center.
If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to the internet, please double-check you are using the correct password for the SSID to which you are trying to connect. You also must agree to the terms and conditions on the log-in page to receive internet service. You may have to use your devices default web browser, (ex. Apple use Safari and Microsoft use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge) to sign in.
Please, do not connect wireless modems in your apartment. The wall access points are disabled and the frequency may cause interference in your Wi-Fi signal.
If you are not able to connect or experience an outage or weak signal, contact Spectrum support and provide the reference code for your complex:
Spectrum 24/7 Wi-Fi Tech Support
The Commons: CFL-696109
Patterson Court: CFL-696120
Chatham Square: CFL-696114
Vista Way: CFL-696117
If you have internet-ready devices in your apartment such as gaming consoles, Smart TVs or wireless printers, you will need to search for the SSID “DISNEY-EXTRA” to connect. This connection must be manually entered and is a restricted connection to be used by these direct-connect devices only.
REMINDER: If you have an access point (gray box mounted to the wall) in your apartment, it must remain plugged in at all times. Disconnecting the power or the coaxial cable coming from the wall or the splitter will result in an internet outage for your building, and may require a service call for restoration. The phone number and reference code are listed on the wall by your telephone.
