If you receive 'a system error has occurred' message when advancing to the housing preferences page, this error means the leader has not yet completed registration. The leader must receive their confirmation page before a link is able to complete registration.
If you would not like to be matched with this participant, log in and press the Unlink Me! button on the Roommate Preferences page. Once you select Unlink Me! you will not be able to match with this participant again, however you will be able to match with other eligible participants within your arrival date.
Please note that we will make every attempt to place the match in the same unit, however we are not able to ensure your match will be placed in the same bedroom. The amount of the link and preferences are subject to inventory; no guarantees.
