When and where can I audition for the Disney College Program?
We will be hosting a nationwide tour Feb. 28-March 8, 2019 for Fall and Fall Advantage opportunities.
Check out https://disneyprogramsblog.com/disney-college-program-auditions/ for our current schedule and LOTS of great info and video!
What can I expect at the audition?
Check out https://disneyprogramsblog.com/disney-college-program-auditions/ for a video about the day's activities.
When will I find out the results of my audition?
All audition attendees will receive a Next Steps document with notification dates and helpful FAQs.
Do I need to complete an online application before the audition?
Yes, there are two things (at minimum) to complete prior to audition. First, complete your Disney College Program application at www.disneycollegeprogram.com. Second, visit www.disneyauditions.com and click the "my profile" link to create your information.
Can I apply for Character Performer role only?
Yes, you can apply for only one role, such as Character Performer. Keep in mind that severely limiting your role choices will make it more difficult for the recruitment team to find a space for you in the program. Additionally, Character Performer roles require an audition. If you apply only for a Character Performer role and are not selected, you will not be considered for any other roles.
I'm no longer in consideration. Can I attend the audition?
If you are NLIC based on rehire, web-based interview results or your phone interview, we do not overturn those decisions for Performer roles.
If you have not yet completed WBI or phone interview, you may attend even if NLIC.
I'm in consideration/application received. Can I attend the audition?
Yes, please do! Only if you are NLIC based on rehire, web-based interview results or your phone interview do we ask you to refrain from attending for our current recruitment.
If I applied for other roles and audition for Character Performer, will I have to wait for a decision?
If you apply to several roles and are invited to interview with us prior to your audition, there is a chance you will receive an invitation to participate on the program in a role other than Character Performer. You can choose to accept or decline that offer, and your decision will have no impact on the outcome of your audition. If we later offer you a Character Performer role, you will provide an updated offer and notify you via email.
I was offered another role, but I haven't auditioned yet. Help!
If participating on the program is your #1 desire, proceed with your acceptance process and deadline. If you later attend an audition and are identified for a Performer offer, we will post an updated letter to your dashboard and send an email to let you know of the change. In very small cases we may contact you about a season or program date change, but we truly try to keep change to a minimum.
I accepted another role. Will I be considered for Character Performer?
If you attend an audition and are identified as a strong Performer, we will post an updated letter to your dashboard & send an email to let you know of the change. In very small cases we may contact you about a season or program date change, but we truly try to keep change to a minimum.
I declined another role. Will I be considered for Character Performer?
If you attend an audition and are identified as a strong Performer, we will keep you in consideration for Entertainment. If necessary, we will reinstate your offer for Performer.
Can I attend an audition advertised at disneyauditions.com?
College Program Character Performer hopefuls must attend an audition during our nationwide tour. Auditions outside of this tour are for part- or full-time opportunities, not College Program.
Current WDW College Program participants must wait until four weeks prior to their end date to audition for part- or full-time roles.
