A mailbox key is located on a hook next to the phone in your apartment. Replacement keys can be purchased at the Disney Service Center for a fee with valid identification. The fee will be assigned to the participant who requests the replacement key for the apartment. No refunds will be issued for found keys and only one key is allowed per apartment.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
There is a charge for lost mailbox keys. To replace this key, please come to the Programs Office to discuss. Upon departure, any mailbox key that is not returned will result in a $10 charge per participant.
