It is important to carry your Program ID with you at all times. If lost, you are responsible for visiting the Disney Service Center at your complex to have a new ID issued. Please note a $35 fee will be assessed to your account for lost IDs. Multiple instances can lead to discipline. If the Disney Service Center is closed, you may visit Security to receive a temporary pass until the Service Center opens.
Upon completion or termination of your program, you will be required to turn in your Program ID to the Disney Service Center.
If you locate your old ID within 30 days of purchasing your new Program ID, please visit the Disney Service Center with both IDs in order to be issued a refund.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
It is important to carry your Proxy Card with you at all times. If lost, you are responsible for visiting the Programs Office to have a new Proxy Card issued. Please note there is a $40 replacement fee, and multiple instances can lead to discipline. If the Programs Office is closed, please contact Security.
Upon completion or termination of your program, you will be required to turn in your Proxy Card to the Programs Office.
If you locate your original Proxy Card within 30 days of purchasing your new one, please visit the Programs Office with both Proxy Cards in order to inquire about a refund.
