United States Postal Service (USPS): Packages delivered through USPS can be picked up at the Disney Service Centers. Please note that you must present your Program ID in order to pick up your package. Packages will be held for two weeks. Upon delivery to the Disney Service Center, you will receive an email notification. If you would like another participant to pick up your package for you, please follow the instructions provided in the email.
Amazon: Packages delivered through Amazon may be delivered to the Disney Service Center or your front door. Packages that are shipped and delivered through Amazon will be delivered to the Disney Service Center at your apartment complex if it is delivered during Service Center's operating hours. Amazon packages delivered after the Service Center is closed will be dropped off at your front door. Any package purchased through Amazon, but shipped through an outside carrier like UPS, FedEx, or Lasership will be delivered to your front door.
UPS, FedEx, DHL, LaserShip: Packages sent by approved private couriers will be delivered to your door. The Disney Service Center cannot accept any packages delivered through the carriers listed above. Keep in mind that Amazon packages vary; if delivered to the Disney Service Center, you will receive an email notification.
If you do not want an item delivered to your front door, please contact the shipment company for alternate solutions. Please note, the Disney Service Center cannot sign for any packages shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL, Lasership or other private couriers.
Non-approved couriers: For safety purposes, packages delivered through unapproved couriers will not be permitted on property. If a package arrives from an unapproved courier, Security will contact your apartment so you may pick up the package from the driver at the Security kiosk. Please note that Security is unable to hold any packages. If Security does not make contact with anyone at the apartment, you will need to contact the shipment company to schedule another delivery time that works with your schedule.
Please note, non-perishable items or medicinal items will not be refrigerated and are kept in the same area as all other packages.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
All packages will be delivered to the Programs Office. The team will email you notifying of a package. At this time, you may come to the office and sign for your package. If the office is closed, our 24-hour security team will be able to assist.
