Walt Disney World Resort (in Florida)
We can help with this! If you are living in Disney Housing and have completed Disney Traditions, the Disney Service Center can provide you with a residency letter. This letter will verify your temporary Florida residence according to your program dates. This letter will be printed on legal paper with the official Disney Internships and Programs letterhead, and can be used for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to purchasing discounted passes to Florida attractions, opening a bank account, and providing documentation at the DMV.
We are only able to provide residency letters to current, active participants who have completed Disney Traditions. Please be aware that residency letters must be issued in person. We are unable to email, mail, or fax residency letters and cannot provide them to future or past participants.
If you are a current or former participant and you would like to request a housing account statement, please see this article. An account statement is different from a residency letter, as we are able to email or fax this document to you. This statement will provide you with a listing of your housing costs and payments during your program.

The best way to provide proof of residency is to provide a copy of your renter's insurance policy.
If you are applying to another apartment complex after your program, the Programs team can only confirm with the complex the date you moved in and the date you moved out.
