All apartments are assigned one mailbox key to be shared, which will be located on a hook next to your telephone. Upon your arrival, if you are unable to locate your mailbox key, please visit the Disney Service Center.
Each complex has its own mail location(s) where you are able to pick up mail or letters delivered to you via the United States Postal Service.
Vista Way:
Mailboxes are located in the mail room in building 26, located near the bus hub.
Chatham Square:
- For buildings 3 and 11-23, mail kiosks are next to building 20.
- For buildings 1,2,4-10, and 24-30, mail kiosks are next to building 28.
The Commons:
- For buildings 1-8, mail kiosks are in the front of the clubhouse.
- For buildings 9-29, mail kiosks are next to the tennis courts.
Patterson Court:
Mailboxes are located near building 13 (next to laundry room #4).
Mail that does not belong to me:
It is unlawful to tamper or open mail that is not addressed to you. If your apartment receives mail that does not belong to any current residents in your unit, please put it in the “Return to Sender/Outgoing Mail” slot.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
Mailboxes are located in the lobby of the building behind security. Your apartment mail key is kept on the bulletin board in your common area and must remain there at all times when the apartment mail is not being retrieved.
All packages will be delivered to the Programs Office. The team will email you to notify of any packages. At this time, you may come to the office and sign for your package. If the office is closed, our 24-hour security team will be able to assist.
It is unlawful to tamper with or open mail that is not addressed to you. If your apartment receives mail that does not belong to any current residents in your unit, please bring it to the Programs Office and place it in the "Mail that's not yours?" tray.
