International participants will be enrolled in the paycard program. Domestic participants can enroll in direct deposit to a US bank account or request a paycard during their onboarding. Once the paycard is ready for pick up, the participant will receive an email via DORMS. Along with the card, the participant will receive important information regarding activation, billing address and available apps and websites.
Please note, participants are unable to add additional money to this card. However, they are able to transfer the balance of the card to a US bank account.
If a participant's paycard is lost or stolen, they must call NorthLane at 1-800-422-1992 and a replacement card will be sent automatically. If further assistance is needed, please contact the Disney Programs Office.
