International participants will be enrolled in the paycard program. Domestic participants who choose not to enroll in direct deposit or provide incorrect banking information will automatically receive a paycard, where their weekly paychecks will be deposited. Once the paycard is ready, the participant will receive an email about where to pick up this item. Along with the card, the participant will receive important information regarding activation, billing address, and account balance.
Please note, participants are unable to add additional money to this card. However, they are able to transfer the balance of the card to another United States bank account.
If a participant's paycard is lost or stolen, they must call NorthLane MasterCard at 1-800-422-1992 and a replacement card will be sent automatically. If further assistance is needed, please contact the Disney Programs Office.
