Flamingo Crossings Village: For emergency calls only, please visit your Community Center or Programs office.
Vista Way, The Commons, Chatham Square, Patterson Court:
Each apartment with the exception of Flamingo Crossings Village, has a telephone located in the dining room/living room area. These phones are able to make local and toll-free calls, as well as able to make use of the Disney Tie-Line System. To dial an outside line, participants first need to dial "9" then the number. Some local phone numbers will also require a "1" in front of the area code first.
Example within Housing: Dial the seven-digit extension -- 219XXXX
Example of a local number (such as 407 or 321): 9-XXX-XXX-XXXX or 9-1-XXX-XXX-XXXX
Example of toll-free number (such as 800 or 866 numbers): 9-1-XXX-XXX-XXXX
To dial long-distance or internationally, participants will need to purchase a calling card which can be purchased at most convenience stores.
Participants may visit the Disney Service Center or open a ticket to report any broken phones. If the participant's apartment phone is not working, they may use the telephone located in the lobby of their Disney Service Center.
Participants should reference their Program Guide for more information regarding their telephone number and apartment extensions.
