Non-participant visitor policy:
We understand that when friends and family visit, they may wish to see Disney Housing property. Participants are able to sign in visitors during their program, but must adhere to the visitor policy:
Participants may sign up to two non-participant visitors a day into their own apartment complex by filling out a Visitor Authorization Form at the security kiosk. Visitors over the age of 18 will need to provide valid photo identification, including a driver's license or passport, in order to be signed in and must be off-property by 1 a.m. Visitors under the age of 18 may also be signed-in, but must be off-property by 7 p.m. and must be accompanied by a legal guardian who is not a current participant.
Participants are responsible for all visitors, and should not leave any visitors unattended. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure their guests leave property. Please note, visitors are also prohibited from using any recreation facilities or loitering in the common areas.
Reminder: Current participants are not allowed to sign in a terminated participant, and any participant who does so will be subject to disciplinary action and could lose their sign-in privileges.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
Non-participants MUST be checked-in with security, this includes family. Guests must be accompanied at all times, including in the apartment. All guests must be checked out with security and outside of the building by 1 a.m.
