We’re sorry to see you go! You can cancel your extension until the date that occurs first:
1) Your extension arrival date (printed on your offer letter)
OR
2) Your current program's original departure date
We ask that you please let us know ahead of time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please allow three to four business days for processing.
"Will my cancellation affect my future with The Walt Disney Company?"
As long as you let us know ahead of time, we can cancel your program. You are welcome to apply for other positions within the company, including another Disney College Program (as long as you still meet eligibility requirements).
"If I cancelled my program and then decide I am able to come after all, can I have my spot back?"
Once your cancellation is processed, we are not able to reverse that action. A space is reserved for you on the program when an offer is made, and if you choose to cancel your program, we will have already made alternate plans to ensure our theme parks and resorts remain fully staffed for our guests. You are welcome to apply again for a future season as long as you continue to meet our eligibility requirements.
"Can I get a refund of my Program Participation Fee and Housing Fee?"
Fees submitted are non-refundable, so we are unable to process a refund in the event you choose to cancel your program.
If you accept a Professional Internship, full-time or part-time opportunity within The Walt Disney Company, a program fee refund will be processed during your original arrival week. You will receive an email from DORMS when your refund is processed.
"Will my cancellation affect housing at Flamingo Crossings Village?"
Cancelling your program results in updating your departure date back to your original departure date. You would be expected to depart housing by 10 a.m. on your original departure date.
