Losing something can be frustrating, but there is hope!
Walt Disney World Resort (in Florida)
If you lose an item on Disney Housing property, please visit Chargerback.com/DisneyPrograms to let us know, so we may try to help you locate your lost item. A lost item claim number will be shared via email, and our team will continue to look for your item and provide an update via email within 48 hours.
If you lost an item on our company-sponsored transportation, the item will first be turned in to the bus dispatch office at Vista Way. Housing Transportation will then turn in the items to the Disney Service Center at Vista Way, where it will stay for 30 days.
If a participant loses an item with a name on it (such as any form of ID), the participant will be contacted via email or phone once it is turned in.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
If you lose an item on Disney Housing property, please check with the Programs Office to see if the item has been turned in.
