Emergency maintenance issues (ex: AC, water intrusion, refrigerator, other time-sensitive requests): Please call the Disney Service Center/Community Center/Programs Office so this request can be taken care of as soon as possible. If the Service Center/Programs Office is closed, please contact Security at your complex for emergency maintenance. These contact numbers can be found on the back of your Program ID.
If your toilet is overflowing, you can turn off the water by turning the knob on the wall where the water line connects. This also may be a pull tab to turn the water off. Plungers are available at the Service Center and may be left in your apartment.
If you notice a leak, please place a towel or empty container underneath until our maintenance team is able to assist.
