Walt Disney World Resort (in Florida)
We are always striving to provide the best possible housing experience for all our participants. In order to perform regularly scheduled maintenance for our units, we consolidate units that reach 50% occupancy or less. In turn, this provides a better experience for our current participants and new arrivals.
If you are asked to consolidate, please log in to DORMS to fill out your housing preferences. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences based on available inventory for your housing criteria, but there is a possibility that none of your preferences will be available. Your new unit information will be communicated to you on your move date, and you will be given sufficient time to complete your move.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Disneyland Resort (in California)
We have multiple departures throughout the program that may result in the need to consolidate units. You may be contacted to move into another unit at anytime during your program, or you may be contacted to share that you are receiving new roommate(s). Please be advised that this will be a mandatory move, but you will receive advance notification.
