We apologize that you are experiencing some technical difficulty accessing DOC.
Please make sure to log into DOC at least once every 30 days to verify you do not have any additional incomplete documents added to your required documents, and ensure you are still able to access the system.
Please take the following actions to try to enter the system:
- New to DOC
Utilize the “Register” link on the left-hand side of the page. Please click it and enter the email address you used when you applied to the International Program. You will then receive an email and you must click the link in that email to fully register. Please check the privacy and security settings for your email to ensure that you are able to receive emails from @disney.com.
Previously used DOC (on a different program)
You will need to re-register. Click on “Register” on the DOC homepage and enter your email address. You will then receive an activation email. Please follow the instructions in the activation email. Please check the privacy and security settings for your email to ensure that you are able to receive emails from @disney.com.
I forgot my username
Your username is the email address that you used when filling out your application.
- I forgot my password
Please click “Forgot Password” on the left sidebar of the main DOC screen. After entering your email address, you will receive an email titled “Disney DOC Password Reset”. If you do not see it within 5 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, or your promotions folder. If you click the “Forgot Password” option more than once, be sure to use the most current reset email. You can only reset your password using the most current email received.
*Helpful Tip* If you have too many failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. Please try again after 30 minutes. If you are unsure of your password, please select “Forgot Password” on the left sidebar of the main DOC screen, or click here to reset your password. Once resetting the password, you should be able to access your account.
If you are still having challenges after trying the above steps, please complete and submit a request so that we can assist you further. When corresponding with us, please be sure to describe exactly what you were doing when you received the error message, including the exact error message and/or a screenshot so that we may better assist you.
