Filing U.S. Federal Taxes as a Disney Programs Participant
All individuals working in the United States are required to pay federal taxes. For each year (or partial year) that you work in the United States, you are required to file a federal income tax return. Whether or not you receive a refund depends on the amount of tax you paid throughout the year.
Disney will provide your W-2 form, which you will use to complete your federal tax return. W-2 forms are typically sent via mail or email between mid-January and mid-February each year.

Tax returns are filed during the early months of the year following your employment. You must file your federal tax return by April 15.
