We are excited to share an update with you on how you can use the tickets you received during your participation in our program!
If you were a Spring 2020 participant and did receive an email regarding the tickets, and you feel you should have, please submit a request by clicking here. Please note: due to international regulations, some international participants might be eligible but did not receive an email, if you feel you should have been eligible, please submit a request by clicking here.
One-Day Park Hopper® Guest Tickets are only valid for active cast members. Reservations made with these tickets will not allow theme park entry. If you are not an active cast member and have confirmed you are eligible to update your tickets, you must request to convert your tickets through the request form you received in your email.
Please allow at least 5 business days to process your request. If the date of your request is further out, ticketing will respond to your request as we get closer to your selected dates. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps once your request has been fulfilled. This message will also detail how to make a park reservation.
As a reminder, your tickets are subject to block-out dates and theme park reservations may not be made on blocked-out dates. For a current listing of Disney Theme Park block-out dates for One-Day Park Hopper® Guest Tickets, please visit: blockoutdates.disney.com.
