Will the process be the same to request tickets for Disneyland?
Disneyland requests will be processed differently than Walt Disney World requests. How you submit the request will stay the same.
Disneyland: Ticketing team will make a reservation on your behalf. For this reason, the park date you are requesting will need to already show as not being blocked out for you to request a date. Please check the blockoutdate.disney.com website before submitting a request.

Please keep in mind Disneyland will be at a reduced capacity, and our excited guests will be eager to step foot inside Disneyland once again. With that being said, we ask for your patience when submitting these requests.
Walt Disney World: Ticketing team will send you the confirmation information once your tickets are converted along with directions on how to make your reservations.
I printed my Chip and Dale tickets before I left can I use them?
One-Day Park Hopper® Guest Tickets / Chip and Dale Tickets are only valid for active cast members. Reservations made with these tickets will not allow theme park entry. If you are not an active cast member and have confirmed you are eligible to update your tickets, you must request to convert your tickets through the request form you received in your email.
I was a Walt Disney World Spring 2020 participant. What if I did not receive an email?
If you were a Spring 2020 participant and did not receive an email regarding the tickets, and you feel you should have, please submit a request by clicking here. Please note: due to international regulations, some international participants might be eligible but did not receive an email, if you feel you should have been eligible, please submit a request by clicking here.
Can I park hop with my tickets?
These tickets will follow the current rules for the location you are visiting. Please remember to visit the blockoutdates.disney.com and select the One Day Park Hopper Guest Ticket option under the Select Pass section, before you submit your request
Walt Disney World: The One Day Park Hopper Guest Ticket will allow for park hopping after 2 p.m. and you will be able to visit more than one park per day, as long as there are no block-out dates or capacity limitations. The ticket must first be used at the park where the reservation was made. Disneyland: As we prepare for the reopening of Disneyland we are continuing to learn additional processes. As we find out additional information we will keep you updated.
How long does it take to process my request to convert my tickets?
Your requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your planned visit. Requests with less than 5 business days will be denied. Requests are processed in order based on the date you are requesting to visit the park. For this reason, if your request is further out you will not receive your confirmation until closer to your visit. You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps once your request has been fulfilled. This message will also detail how to make a park reservation.
Can I visit the park when there is a block-out date?
No, the converted Chip and Dale tickets are not available to be used on block-out dates. The ticket will not work at the front entrance if the park is blocked out, even if the system allowed you to make a reservation. Can I edit my request?
If you need to edit your request, please visit the request form you received in your email to resubmit the form and make sure to use the following option for editing:
Please remember, you must include yourself in the request form count if you are visiting with a guest. Your Employee Self-Admission pass is no longer active and you will need a ticket for yourself.
