Cultural Representative Program (CRP) participants have the opportunity to share the unique culture and customs of their country with Guests and Cast, while working in a front-line, Guest-facing role. The program takes place in a setting that encourages sharing of their culture and interactions with Guests from around the world.
- To qualify for this program, applicants must "authentically represent" one of the countries or regions represented at a Walt Disney World theme park or resort.
- To be considered culturally authentic, you must have spent your formative years in the country you wish to represent. Formative years include periods of childhood and adolescence during which social, emotional and physical development occurs.
