The U.S. Government system is able to print names, dates of birth (DOB), and country of birth (COB) on the Form I-797B. It is not, however, able to print different visa processing locations (Consulate/POE), and therefore it just copies the visa processing location of the first applicant on the petition for everyone else.
Please be assured that the Petition Information Management System (PIMS) used by USCIS as well as all consulate and embassy locations around the world will have the correct visa issuance location for you on file.
Canadian citizens ONLY: Please note that the same information applies to your point of entry (POE) information, and you ARE able to use this form to enter the United States. You do not have to make an appointment at a U.S. Embassy, as you are not required to have a visa in your passport.
