Disney Programs Reps are current, actively enrolled students who represent The Walt Disney Company and the Disney College Program on their college campuses. In this paid role, Reps host on-campus activations and tactics to support recruitment for the Disney College Program and serve as a voice for the program, answering questions, sharing their program experience story and encouraging engagement among their fellow students.
