What are the fees for a Disney Program?

PROGRAM FEES:

A non-refundable program fee of $442 is required for all Disney Program participants. Fee payment looks different depending on your program type, so please read the following carefully:

International Program participants must pay the full, non-refundable program fee of $442* upon acceptance of their offer.

Domestic (College, Culinary) Program participants will pay the $442 fee in two phases:

1. Upon acceptance: $240 for program fees, activities, events and administration
2. Six weeks prior to arrival: $202 (if living in onsite housing at Flamingo Crossings Village)

FEE BREAKDOWN:

• $240* supports administration, events and activities scheduled throughout your program.
• For those choosing to live at Flamingo Crossings Village, $202 goes towards housing costs. $65 of the housing fee is applied to your Flamingo Crossings Village administration fee, with the remaining $137 applied to a portion of your first week of housing costs/rent.

Note that your program fees are non-refundable.

HOUSING COSTS / RENT:

Weekly housing costs for 2024 at Flamingo Crossings Village range from $202 to $246* per week depending on the type of apartment you live in during your program. These costs include utilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, water, waste disposal and electricity (with a cap).

PARKING FEES:

Parking decals are $200 for participants who choose to bring a vehicle and live at Flamingo Crossings Village. If you extend your program, your decal must be renewed at an additional cost of $100. Please note parking permits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed.
