As an employee of The Walt Disney Company, you are eligible for complimentary employment and income verification. There may be a turnaround time of up to 14 days for your verification request.
You must first create an Employee Account by registering under “Employee Registration” on the VeriSafeJobs website at www.VeriSafeJobs.com. Follow the prompts to activate a temporary PIN.
To activate a temporary PIN, have the following information ready:
- Social Security number
- Your personnel number (PERNR)
- Residential address zip code
Provide the following information to your verifier:
- The Walt Disney Company Code: 9000
- Your Social Security number
- Your employee temporary PIN
All third-party verifiers should be directed to register under “Commercial Registration” on the VeriSafeJobs website at www.VeriSafeJobs.com and follow the prompts to obtain verification. Prior to using VeriSafeJobs, all verifier organizations must successfully pass a credentialing process. Verifiers must also have documented consent of the employee to access income information. Consent is generally established via a signed acknowledgement at the point of application for a loan or service. Verifiers should call 833-883-7439 with any questions about registering for an account or logging in. Verifiers may also fax employment and income verification (EIV) requests to VeriSafeJobs at 855-649-7008.
Employees can access their free annual verification from their dashboard after registering when it indicates a free annual verification is available. Clicking My Personal Verification will immediately generate a new verification. After retrieving a personal verification, the date of the next free verification will be visible in the dashboard. You should download a copy of the free annual verification as it will only be available on your dashboard for seven days. You will need to call VeriSafeJobs to request an additional verification within the same year.
