During DORMS registration, you may be prompted to let us know if you will be a full-time student during your program. If so, we will ask you to upload a document verifying your full-time enrollment status with your home college or university. Your university’s registrar or clearinghouse may be able to provide a document that states your full-time student status.
You are not required to upload the document during DORMS registration if you do not have it readily available. You can proceed with DORMS registration and return to DORMS at a later time to upload the document.
The following are examples* of acceptable proof of full-time enrollment:
- A transcript or course list showing the courses you are enrolled in for the time period of your program. A transcript marked "Unofficial Transcript" is acceptable.
- A letter from your accredited college or university student affairs, registrar, or admissions office stating that you are enrolled as a student for the time period of your program.
- Proof that you have accepted an offer to attend an accredited college or university coinciding with the time period of your program.
- International Program participants: proof of student status form (you may have been prompted to enter this document into DOC already).
*These are only a few examples; therefore, you are not limited to one of the above options. Other documentation may be acceptable.
You will be able to upload only one file. Supported file formats are JPG, GIF, PDF, or TIFF.
Please note: We ask for this full-time enrollment status validation for reporting reasons only. Neither your role placement nor program eligibility is influenced by this documentation.
If you experience a technical issue during upload or require additional support, please submit a request for support.
