To be eligible for the Disney College Program, you must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the United States and possess unrestricted US work authorization.
International students studying in the United States are eligible to participate in the Disney College Program with proper visa sponsorship from your college or university. Contact your international student advisor if you have questions regarding your eligibility. To ensure your onboarding experience is seamless, you must have the below documents with you upon arrival.

- Optional Practical Training (OPT) Students: Valid Employee Authorization Document (EAD card)
