Registering for DOC & Connecting Your 2FA Application
Step 1: You will receive an email from Disney Onboarding Central Accounts to complete registration for DOC (example below). Click on “Complete Account Registration”.
Step 2: You will be redirected to DOC in your device’s web browser and may briefly receive the below message. Click the blue link to proceed to the next page.
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to create and confirm a new password. Once the same password has been entered twice, click the “Submit” button.

Step 4: You will now be prompted to link your two-factor authentication (2FA) application to your DOC account. If you have not already downloaded a 2FA application, please follow the instructions in the DOC Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Guide
Step 5: During this step you will connect your DOC account to your authenticator application. The below instructions specifically outline how to do this on Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator, as they are trusted applications for this process.

1) Once the application is open, press the “+” button in the top-right corner.
In the “Account Name” field put DOC Enter this key (without spaces) into the “Secret key” field of the Microsoft Authenticator app. Once done, click the “Finish” button. (Scroll down to see step 6) |
1) Once the application is open, press the “Add a code” button in the center of the screen.
2) On the following screen, select “Scan a QR code”.
3) From here, scan the QR code as it is shown on the DOC registration screen. 4) If you are unable to scan the QR code, click “Enter a setup key” from the previous screen, which will direct you to following screen: In the “Account Name” field put DOC Enter this key (without spaces) into the “Your key” field of the Google Authenticator app. Set the “Type of key” field to Time based
Once done, click the “Add” button. |
Step 6: Your DOC account should now be added to your authenticator app. You will notice the app refreshes every 30 seconds with a new six (6) digit code.

Enter the code (without spaces) into the “One-time code” field in DOC, and then click “Submit.”
Once all steps have been successfully completed, you will see the below screen and your new DOC account will be setup and linked to your dedicated 2FA application!
Do not delete the application from your mobile device or the one-time code generator associated with your DOC account, as you will need to use 2FA every time you access DOC.
Next time you log into DOC with your username and password, you will be required to provide the one-time code from your 2FA application.
