Disney Onboarding Central (DOC) has recently undergone a system enhancement, which now requires International Programs candidates to login utilizing two-factor authentication (2FA).
To support this new process, the below guide provides further instructions on how to download a trusted 2FA application onto your personal device.
DOWNLOADING 2FA APPLICATION
Step 1: Please download one of the trusted 2FA applications (below) onto your mobile device by clicking on its respective hyperlink.

Step 2: You may also download these applications by searching “authenticator app” in your device’s application store. Once located, click “Get” or “Install” to download it onto your device.

Step 3: Once the 2FA application has been downloaded to your device, open the application and follow the on-screen instructions to setup the app and create an account (if required), and ensure push notifications are turned on.
