There is no need to worry if you've forgotten your username and/or password for your Candidate Dashboard (Click here). Here are some instructions that will help with gaining access:
To look up your username:
- Select the ‘Forgot Username or Password?’ link
- Select the ‘I don’t know my username’ button
- You will be required to enter your first/last name and either your phone number or email address used when initially creating your account
- Select ‘Continue’
- You will be required to provide answers to three selected security questions
- Once completed, your username will be displayed on the page
To look up your password:
- Select the ‘Forgot Username or Password?’ link
- Select the ‘I don’t know my password’ button
- Enter your username and click ‘Continue’
- An email message with a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address
