If you encounter an issue with your paycard, please contact Customer Service by calling 1-877-855-7201 and provide the agent with the following information:
- your name as it appears on your paycard,
- the address that is on the paperwork that came with your card,
- your PERNR number and that you are a land-based Disney Programs participant.
