Don’t worry, we can help! Our coordinators of training for your new locations prepare training schedules at different times. So, it is possible you will receive your training schedule anywhere from a month before your extension to one week before your transfer date.
If it is one week before your transfer date, please follow the instructions below:
- Please check your spam/promotions folder(s) to ensure the email with your training schedule wasn't flagged as spam. Some systems incorrectly flag Disney emails as spam or promotions.
- If you haven't received your training schedule by the Wednesday of your arrival week, please reach out to your local Training team directly:
