While you can always reach out directly to the Disney Programs or Flamingo Crossings Village team with feedback or questions, you will have the chance to take part in official surveys at multiple points throughout your program, from both Disney Programs and Flamingo Crossings Village. These surveys will be sent to you via email. If you’d like to share feedback in person, Disney Programs and Flamingo Crossings Village host monthly feedback roundtable sessions – check the DORMS activities calendar for more information. Cast Members may also have the chance to fill out employee feedback surveys related to their work experience.
