The online immigration compliance video/course is a requirement for all participants on a Disney International Program. This support article will provide pictures and step-by-step instructions to assist international participants with fulfilling this pre-arrival requirement.
To access the Blackboard course for this requirement, please visit training.disney.com and enter your username, password, and country of residence. The online course functions best on Google Chrome on a desktop/laptop computer as the modules are not always compatible with smartphones or tablet devices.
Failure to complete this requirement may prevent you from attending Disney Traditions and/or beginning on-the-job training at your work location upon arrival.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, please contact the WDW Immigration Compliance team by submitting a request.
Fully completing this requirement will take approximately one (1) hour.
