Visit the DORMS homepage and click the "Forgot password?" prompt. You will be asked for your username (your email address from your application) and upon completion, a password reset email will be sent from Disney.Housing.NO-REPLY@disneyparks.com. If you do not see an email within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk/promotions folder(s).
Take note: If you click the “Submit” button on the "Create or reset your password" page more than once in a single day, be sure to use the most current reset email information, as the most recent password is the only one that will work.
