- Verify you are entering the card information exactly as it is listed on the card.
- Ensure the billing address matches the one on file with your financial institution.
- Contact your banking institution to confirm that the payment is not being blocked and that the billing address matches your account.
- Try utilizing an alternate email address for the payment screen. Your payment receipt will be directed to this email.
