When you leave the company, you are assigned a rehire status. This status is reviewed if you apply for a future position. The recruitment team does not determine your rehire status; it is typically set by your work area based on factors such as attendance and job performance.
Other departments, such as Costuming, may also assign a rehire status. For example, failing to return costume pieces or other company property at the end of employment can restrict your rehire eligibility.
If you were separated with a restricted rehire status, you must wait at least six months from your program departure date before applying for another program. Please note:
- A restricted rehire status does not expire or disappear from your record.
- If you apply for a future program, the recruitment team will review your rehire status during the application process.
