Cast members can let the world know about their multilingual talents by wearing special language pins on their Disney nametags through the Language Pin program.
Wearing a language pin allows guests and fellow cast members to easily identify someone who speaks their language. To represent a cast member’s ability to speak a language other than English, their nametag displays the language in its original script.
Fluency is not required; however, strong conversational ability—especially in guest service—is expected. If you meet this requirement, please visit your costuming location to request a language pin.
