If you lose your company-issued ID, you will need to contact your work location leaders. Your Leaders will send an e-mail to Access Control on your behalf to authorize you to receive a new ID.
Once the e-mail has been sent you may then reach out to Access Control at (407) 828-5235 Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm to make an appointment that is conducive to your home/work life balance to purchase a new ID.
- If you are unable to pick up your ID before your shift, some locations, such as the parks, will need to issue you security clearance. Your leaders can also assist with making sure you have clearance to enter backstage areas for work.
- If you are a Cast Member that clocks in/out using your ID, you will need to advise your Leadership team of your appointment date so they may assist you with your clock times.
- The Programs Office is unable to provide a replacement company-issued ID.
- Access Control is in the Casting Center building located at 1515 East Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista Florida, and is closed on weekends and holidays.
