Recognitions are given to cast members for going above and beyond the call of duty. They can be awarded to a cast member from a peer, leader, co-worker or even a guest! To access your recognitions, current cast members can visit the "Recognize Now" tool on Disney Cast Life or visit https://recognition.disney.com/ and input your login credentials.
It is recommended that you save and/or print your recognitions as you accrue them and prior to your departure from the program. There are no guarantees that this information would be accessible once you have left The Walt Disney Company.
